The UP govt has come up with a two child policy which involves punitive measures against those who fail to comply. Recently, Washington state introduced “Joints for Jabs,” a program
in which adults over 21 who get at least one dose of the vaccine can
receive a free pre-rolled joint at designated cannabis dispensaries.
Several other states like Wisconsin, West Virginia and Ohio have gone
down this route and given "vaccine incentives", such as alcohol, hotdogs, donuts, beers, guns.
